  1. Hi. I'm visiting from Six Word Saturday! I have 3 boys. Of course they hate shopping and I hate to shop with them! Happy Saturday.

  2. BTW, my family and I are visiting Monteal, Quebec City and Charlevoix in June. Do you have any suggestions? My kids are 14, 9 and 7 (all boys).

  7. Anne-Marie,
Thanks for the reply. We are on our own, but had a travel agent help us with details. We are staying at the Chateau Frontenac in Quebec city. In Montreal it's another Frontenac hotel. I can't remember the name. They have booked us a city tour for one day and the second day we are on our own. We will be whale watching in Charlevoix. The kids are super excited about that.
Unfortunately, my husband could only take a week off, so its 2 days in Montreal, 2 days in Quebec City and 2 days in Charlevoix. Then home. A quick visit, but hopefully we'll be able to get a feel for Quebec and her people while we are there.

Where are you planning to visit in France next year? I have a good friend who lives in Beauvais. She and I were assigned one another as pen pals in my 9th grade French class (that would have been 1980!) and we've been friends ever since.

  10. Fun day! Thanks for visiting my blog. Not sure what to say about your poor daughter. It is something so hard to go through...the worst thing that has ever happened to me. the pain does ease but it took a long time...she just has to live each day and not give up.
