In the summer I love cold refreshing drinks. I'm thinking margaritas, spritzer, sangria.... If you want a fun idea to dress up your drink just add a few berries in the ice cube tray and VOILA! Everybody will tell you how good it looks and its zero calorie. Its so simple! Trust me, you will get a lot of positive feedback from your guests.

What a cute idea. I have added lemon slices to ice cubes but I never thought about berries, I will give it a try.

What a perfect idea! And perfect for Ruby Tuesday. (I cheated and repeated my MYM post which has red in it as well.) We are in a remodeling project, so photo time is limited right now.

Strawberries are Narelle's favorite fruit, bar none. Too bad it is either seasonal (local farms) or costly but sour (imported) ;-(

ReplyDeleteWhen we were kids, we used to visit our grandparents' next-door neighbors, a proper old Southern couple, Colonel and Boo. We were always delighted when Boo would serve our soft drinks in fancy glasses... with fake ice cubes... with flies in the middle.
